How long will it take for me to get my order?
Generally, Australia Post Express* takes 1-3 business days to arrive to your doorstep. However, we have seen lots of delays to WA, and some 'remote-r' locations, due to COVID and high volume sending. Standard delivery can take between 3-12 days pending location. Please watch your tracking number  and observe the different scans to follow your parcel's journey. We do not guarantee any shipping time frame, as Australia Post does not guarantee this either.

Where is my order being shipped from?
All of our orders are dispatched from Melbourne Victoria, Australia

When will my order be shipped?
We strive for same day dispatch where possible. Generally, orders will be shipped within 12 hours of placing your order, during business hours.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will get an update with your tracking number via an email. Check your spam inbox if you can't find your tracking!

Who delivers my Uplift Skin Products?
We send via Australia Post. Our experience has found that they are the most reliable and efficient provider for Australian customers. The estimated cost is calculated at the end of the checkout process.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

* Please be advised that when Express isn't available, we use Standard methods to ship your parcel. However, we do not charge for shipping for purchases over a certain amount, check our shipping deals.
